Common faults and diagnosis methods of transmission shaft (front and rear axle)

When the vehicle is traveling in a periodic sound, the higher the speed the greater the noise, and the accompanying body vibration, when the car reaches a certain speed and grip the steering wheel vibration shaking hands feel numb, and this is the time to check the front and rear axle!
Generally speaking, there are several reasons for this fault:
1. the balance block on the transmission shaft falls off.
2. transmission shaft tube bending
3. rubber ring in bearing bracket is damaged.
Solution: replace front and rear axle
4. the support bolts of the middle support hanger are loose or the bolts of the flange of the universal joint flange are loose, so that the drive shaft is deflected.
Solution: press the repair manual of the vehicle manufacturer to explain the reinforcement bolts
5., the frame deformation, resulting in the transmission shaft at both ends of the joint is not in the same plane, does not meet the requirements of equal speed transmission.
