Fault three: running in a periodic sound, the higher the speed, the greater the noise.
When the technology of the universal joint and the sliding fork is in good condition, the vehicle runs periodically. The higher the speed, the greater the noise, even accompanied by body vibration, the hands of the steering wheel feel numb.
Reason
The balance block falls off on the drive shaft.
The shaft is bent or the shaft is depressed.
The drive shaft tube is not welded with the universal joint fork, or the driving shaft has not been subjected to dynamic balancing test and calibration.
When the sliding fork is installed and dislocated, the universal joint fork at both ends of the transmission shaft is not in the same plane, and the speed of the drive with equal angles is not satisfied.
The support bolts of the middle support hanger are loosened or the bolt of the universal joint flange plate is loosened, so that the drive shaft is deflected.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Check whether the drive shaft tube is depressed.
Check that the balance plate on the drive shaft pipe is falling off.
Check expansion fork for correct installation.
Remove the drive shaft into action balance test, bending shall be straightened.
Check whether the fixing bolts of the middle support hanger and the cardan flange of the universal joint fork are loose, and if there is any looseness, the abnormal sound is caused.
